Returns /Refunds
At Darlington Estate Jewellery we do not offer returns or refunds on items for “change of mind” or if the item does not fit. We pride ourselves in sourcing quality preloved pieces. If applicable, valuation certificates are supplied. Like all second-hand items, there is potential for slight imperfections but all effort is made to disclose the condition and any flaws.
By completing a purchase, the purchaser is acceppting responsibility that they have examined photos and read the description thoroughly.
Refunds will only be granted if an item has been misdescribed. Contact must be made within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
The item will need to be returned express via Australia Post within 7 days at the purchasers cost. Refunds will not be processed until the item has been received in the same condition it was originally sent.
Please note, we do not accept returned items that have been altered from the condition in which they were sold. Darlington Estate Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a refund if any criteria outlined above has not been met.
